§ Coaching

Ongoing work on the goal in front of you.

Hypnosis and NLP do focused change work on a pattern. Coaching is the longer game. Regular sessions and a plan, with someone holding you to it while you build the thing you're after. The two often run together.

Where these overlap with single-session change work, that's fine: coaching is the ongoing version, hypnosis and NLP are the focused version.
